Ontario Track 3 is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who offer their time and talents. Meet the current members of our Board:

Linda Collier Corp Photo
Linda Collier 
Linda assumed the position of Board Director in 2010. She is President and CEO of
​Tri-ad International Freight Forwarding Ltd, specialists in supply chain management. Linda’s extensive business experience is an asset to our Board.  She was named one of the top female entrepreneurs five consecutive years, and Top 40 under 40  in 1999. Linda got involved with Track 3 as a result of her son being diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy and wanting to make a difference with “inclusion” of disabled children.

Ben began with Track 3 as a student back in 2000. Since 2006, Ben has dedicated his efforts to becoming an instructor, then course conductor, encouraging students and instructors alike. As a Clinical Researcher at Sunnybrook Research Institute, a Clinical (Developmental) Psychology graduate student at York University, and a Research Ethics Board Reviewer at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Centre, Ben hopes to further the wellness-based initiatives offered by Track 3, offering more ways for its youth to continually flourish. Ben joined our Board in 2016 as Secretary.

Paul Dowsett 
Our President is an accomplished cross platform skier and snowboarder and a true champion of Track 3. Architect by profession, Paul is the Principal of Sustainable.TO, a firm located in Toronto. Paul is also a volunteer sailing instructor with the Get On Board program, providing sailing opportunities in Toronto Harbour for kids with disabilities. Paul was honoured in 2017 with a 30 Year Volunteer Pin from Track 3.

Craig assumed the position of Treasurer in 2016 and has served as a Director since 2013. Craig is a partner in Deloitte Canada’s assurance and advisory group. As a Certified Public Accountant he brings 20+ years of experience in accounting and auditing. Craig joined the Board of Track 3 as it was great fit given that Craig and his family are avid skiiers and are passionate about the Track 3 cause.

Adam joined our Board in 2016. He is a Senior Account Executive at Neo-Traffic, a company specializing in mall advertising across Canada. Adam’s marketing experience matches his extensive list of alpine sport certifications including CASI level 3, CSIA level 2 & Canada Snowboard & NCCP Coach . After having attended staff trainings, donating advertising on various platforms and participating as a committee member of Track 3 golf tournaments, a board of directors position represented another avenue of participation for him.

Don McDonald
Don McDonald assumed the position of Board Director in 2015 and has been a volunteer instructor and course conductor for the past eight years. He is President of Waverley Corporate Financial Services, which bridges the gaps and breaks down the barriers that exist in the efficient flow of private equity capital in Canada. With extensive board experience, Don has been involved with a wide range of Canadian businesses and has witnessed first-hand the issues that companies face at various stages of their life-cycle. Track 3 brings together two of Don's great loves in life, kids and skiing.

Lindsay Moffatt 
Lindsay joined our Board in 2016.  She is an associate in the litigation group at Ormston List Frawley LLP with experience advising clients on corporate/commercial disputes as well as general civil litigation matters. Lindsay grew up with siblings that faced physical and cognitive disabilities and she and her family spent a great deal of time helping them find ways to participate in various sporting activities. As a family member, Lindsay was exposed to the impact that organizations like Ontario Track 3 Ski can make in the lives of not only an individual student, but also his or her family. After learning about Track 3,  Lindsay wanted to become involved to help create those opportunities for other families.

Michael brings a wealth of senior leadership management skills to our Board with his more than 18 years as the CFO of medium to large international companies. A graduate of Rotman’s ICD program (Cohort 17), he has helped build strong organizations with a focus on excellence in planning and decision support, cost management and reporting with integrity.  In terms of governance, Michael bolsters our team with his fine-tuned skills developing exceptional relationships with Board members and third party stakeholders to strengthen Track 3’s influence and improve the awareness of our Association's key assets.

Walter Simone 
Walter has been a long standing volunteer with Track 3 and is presently serving a second term on our Board. He joined Track 3 after learning about the programs at our Golf Tournament.  Walter is President of Simone International Insurance Services Inc. and has been in the life insurance, annuities and living benefits industry for more than 45 years and considered to be one of the best in his field. He is a regular speaker and author on topics of life insurance and related products, motivation and practice management.

Lloyd Sweeney 
Lloyd joined the board in 2017.  As a highly accomplished Track 3 Volunteer, Lloyd currently holds positions as a Ski Instructor, Course Conductor and Assistant Program Director.  Lloyd has demonstrated his great passion and dedication to the Track 3 organization by volunteering at three hills, Hockley, Caledon and Beaver Valley and dedicates his free time to building the program through fundraising and recruitment of ski instructors and students.  Lloyd has spent  the last 27 years in the fast paced environment of the automotive industry as a Production Supervisor and currently as a Workplace Organization Specialist.  This has given him extensive training in decision making, problem solving and organizational skills, which have served him well as a Track 3 volunteer. 


Fayaz Teja Photo
Fayaz Teja 
Fayaz joined our Board in the Fall of 2017 but started as a volunteer for Track 3 in 2016 when looking to incorporate his love of skiing and volunteer work.  He has since become a devoted supporter of Track 3 and tells everyone about it. Fayaz is a Commercial Account Manager for RBC Royal Bank, providing Healthcare Professionals financing and banking services for their professional projects.  Fayaz holds his Chartered Professional Accounting (CPA) designation and has held various senior finance roles with medium to large sized corporations.  Fayaz’s experience in finance, operations, sales and marketing brings a wide variety of knowledge to the team.  Outside of his professional life, he enjoys spending time with his family on the ski hills in the winter and on his boat on Georgian Bay in the summer months.
